Energy Protection and Energy Clearing Tools and Techniques Have you ever walked into a place and the energy felt off? In your home or in your office, at a restaurant or bar, at a doctors office or at the airport? Unpleasant energies can be stuck in places, and then attach to us and affect us negatively. I’ve been working with a variety of tools and techniques for over a decade to keep negative energy from affecting me, and for clearing it out when I am affected. Energy hitchhikers are pretty common unfortunately, and having tools to help protect and clear yourself when needed is essential. In this workshop, I will teach you how I’ve protected my energy and a wide variety of tools I use to clear out unwanted energy when I have been negatively affected. Some signs you may be under an energetic attack are changes to your mood/mood swings, dark thoughts, unexplained anger, inexplicable sadness, and feelings of dread. I will share a number of tools and techniques in this workshop with the intention of helping you to find what you most resonate with. You might like working with crystals, or with sound, or with a pendulum, or with smudging, or with the Archangels - there are many options. You will also receive a great deal of energy clearing on this call. Along with learning about the tools to help protect your energy.
